Anne Solley

Hi! I'm Annie, a 3D production coordinator with a love for all things 3D & 2D animation, game design, and architecture. Basically, if it moves (or should), I want to help make it happen. I have a background in 3D animation, virtual production, and motion capture—and I’m always on the lookout for new challenges to level up my production powers.
My superpowers? Team coordination and creative problem-solving. I thrive in chaos, stay calm during technical meltdowns, and genuinely believe there’s no issue a good team (and maybe a strong coffee) can’t solve. Learning is my favorite thing—because let’s face it, the tech’s not slowing down any time soon.
Once upon a time, I was a traditional oil painter until digital media caught my eye with its flashy pixels. I started out hand-keying animations frame by frame, and
then—like a moth to a motion-captured flame—I fell into the world of mocap. It’s like magic: real people + silly suits = believable digital characters. What’s not to love?
I still have a soft spot for hand-keyed 3D animation—rigs, IK, FK, all of it. It's pure, expressive, and deeply satisfying. It was my first animation language, and I still speak it fluently.
When I’m not working in production, I’m probably painting, lifting at the local gym, or rolling dice in a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. I also have strong opinions about fantastical beverages. Pro tip: add milk and honey to tea, and you can soften even the grumpiest dragon.
